You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with site security, misuse another person’s account, submit false information, attempt an unauthorized purchase, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing. Packaging, labeling, cylinder color, and other non-material details may vary. Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with the intended equipment and application.
Regulated Refrigerants and Purchaser Eligibility
The sale, handling, installation, recovery, resale, and transportation of refrigerants may be regulated. By ordering a regulated product, you represent that the purchase and intended use are lawful and that information or documentation you provide is accurate. EPA Section 608, EPA Section 609, resale, business, or other eligibility documentation may be required depending on the product and intended application. An order may be placed before review is completed, but regulated products will not be released for shipment until the required purchaser documentation has been reviewed and approved.
Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your request but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may place an order on hold, request additional information, limit quantities, reject an order, or cancel an order because of eligibility requirements, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, carrier restrictions, unsupported destinations, safety concerns, or legal requirements.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax, shipping, handling, or other disclosed charges are shown during checkout or confirmed for a bulk quote. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown for an accepted order.
Identity, Payment, and Address Review
We may request additional information or decline, hold, or cancel an order involving an unverifiable third-party payment, an anonymous or false identity, inconsistent billing and purchaser information, a suspicious or freight-forwarding address, an unsupported destination, or an attempted cross-border shipment that has not been approved. A payment authorization does not require us to accept or fulfill an order that fails these checks.
Shipping and Pickup
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Refrigerant orders may require specialized packaging, documentation, and approved transportation. Current exclusions and estimated timing are described in the Shipping Policy. Los Angeles-area pickup may be available by appointment after inventory and order details are confirmed.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation, return, inspection, restocking, and refund rules are stated in the Refund & Return Policy. Dangerous goods must not be returned without written authorization and instructions.
Intellectual Property
The website design, text, graphics, logos, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them without permission, except as allowed by law.
Third-Party Services
