This policy describes current order processing, estimated transit times, destination restrictions, and pickup arrangements for HEISEN COOLING orders.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization and completion of any required purchaser-eligibility or compliance review. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Estimated Transit Time

After shipment, estimated transit time is 3–7 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is provided when available.

Shipping Area

Online shipping is currently limited to supported addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. If an order for an unsupported destination is accepted accidentally, it may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Refrigerant and Dangerous-Goods Restrictions

Refrigerants may require specialized packaging, cylinders, labels, documentation, approved routes, and qualified carriers in accordance with applicable DOT dangerous-goods requirements and carrier rules. Available service may vary by refrigerant, cylinder size, quantity, destination, weather, and carrier restrictions. Regulated products will not be released for shipment until required purchaser documentation has been reviewed and approved.

Possible Delays

Certification review, inventory verification, dangerous-goods restrictions, severe weather, holidays, address problems, carrier disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control may delay processing or delivery. We will provide available updates, but carrier estimates are not guarantees.

Delivery and Inspection

Provide a complete deliverable street address and accurate contact information. Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Keep the product, cylinder, carton, labels, and packing material if there is visible damage, leakage, or a discrepancy, and contact heisen1996@outlook.com.

Los Angeles-Area Pickup

Pickup may be available for qualifying bulk orders by appointment. Inventory, quantity, timing, and pickup instructions must be confirmed before arrival. The pickup location is provided after the arrangement is approved.
